Plating Chiller

Electroplating chillers, commonly known as freezers, refrigeration units, ice water machines, chilled water machines, cooling machines, etc., are widely used across various industries, hence the countless names. Their fundamental principle is that of a multifunctional machine that removes liquid vapor through compression or heat absorption refrigeration cycles. Vapor compression chillers include four main components of the vapor compression refrigeration cycle: compressor, evaporator, condenser, and a metering device, which enable the use of different refrigerants. Absorption chillers utilize water as a refrigerant and rely on the strong affinity between water and lithium bromide solution to achieve the refrigeration effect.

4. Equipped with anti-corrosion evaporator, stainless steel pipes, stainless steel pump, or plate heat exchanger. Helps stabilize metal ions, allowing them to quickly adhere to electroplated parts, not only increasing density and smoothness but also reducing the number of plating cycles and improving productivity. Aids in rapid recovery of various chemicals, reducing waste;
5. Upgraded pure stainless steel material water tank without coils, providing stable refrigeration effect with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C;
6. Added ultra-high and low temperature display and signal output protection, configured with normally open and normally closed outputs for selection;
7. Upgraded chilled water circulation system using stainless steel multistage pump and stainless steel, PVC material connections, eliminating rust concerns, allowing direct use of pure water or deionized water;
8. Added water filter to provide high precision for laser work, added outlet pressure display gauge for easy adjustment of pressure and flow, added flow protection device that automatically cuts off the laser power when water flow is too low, preventing laser head overheating due to water shortage. Added electronic temperature control, dual-digit display, multiple setting and fault display functions, with one-key operation (on/off switch), all other functions automatically handled by memory;
